Community Center Site Plan

I felt the green roof was out of scale on the original image.  I also didn't like not having play

equipment shown  on the splash pad.  Additionally, I changed up the wet basin so the water

looks more naturalistic instead of having a pool-type quality.  I still want to change the entry

plaza look up some, and maybe the pathways as well.

Community Center Entry Plaza

While my previous plans were done at 30 and 40 scale, this one was drawn

at 10 scale to show more material use.  I plan on addressing the benches

surrounding the plaza.  I was also told I should include topography lines,

but don't like how they turned out on this plan. Suggestions?

Community Center Connections

I have a few minor adjustments I want to make on this plan, including working with

the texture of the entry plaza and cleaning up the green roof some.

I was pretty happy with how this plan turned out, but if anyone has additional suggestions,

feel free to let me know.

Perspectives.05

This perspective displays interactions between a wet basin, nature preserve extension, 

a community center, and outdoor amphitheater.  I used it for my final presentation, 

but would still appreciate constructive criticism on ways to improve it.

The analysis of my senior thesis is broken down into four categories:

social health, ecological health, physical health, and reuse possibilities.

This perspective looks at a couple of those categories as it shows the

original facade of a current on-site stadium in the background, and an

existing tree featured toward the background of the image.

I opened the view down the street up more, but again, I would still

appreciate constructive criticism.

The third version of this portfolio began with the basic framework of my first version, but got rid of the drop shadows and outlines around images.  I narrowed down the number of project I show, so as not to duplicate information, and I gave each project a full spread instead of half-a-spread.  This version also tells more of a story, showing more process work than previous versions.
